As you might remember, I still haven't been able to find a good Classic Mac emulator that could launch Winter Games properly. I'm aware that there might be more accurate and more optimisable emulators out there, but my criteria for any emulator is simply, the ease of use, and that it works preferably on a 32-bit Windows 7.
